Job summary

Sin Chew Woodpaq Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is looking for a customer service coordinator to introduce the companys logistics services to new clients and respond to inquiries.

You will advise on import/export shipments, prepare quotations, document customer interactions, and coordinate delivery orders, building long-term relationships with customers and ensuring accurate information is communicated across teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of working experience, with container shipment exposure.
• Customer service or sales coordination experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of import/export shipments preferred.
• Experience in logistics is advantageous.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

About the role

Provide introductory information about the company and its products and services to new customers. Respond to customer inquiries and advise customers on products or services to best suit their specific requirements. Prepare quotations and follow up with customers for their acceptance. Document customer interactions when necessary, compiling job related documents to ensure that customer requirements are met. Prepare delivery orders and other relevant documents. Communicate all necessary job requirements clearly and efficiently to other stakeholders to ensure that customers' requirements/instructions are addressed. Resolve customers' concerns and build and maintain long term business relationships with new and existing customers.

• Preferably with knowledge for import and export shipments
• Experience in logistics industry will be an advantage
• Friendly and welcoming disposition
• Has initiative, independent and able to work in dynamic environment
• Good command of written and verbal English
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
