in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to assist the production unit by receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders and providing administration support to ensure smooth fulfilment of sales orders. You will coordinate the end-to-end order process with suppliers, forwarders and customers, prepare delivery orders and invoices, track timeliness, handle customer enquiries and perform data entry and document filing, with a 5.5-day work week at

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
• Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment.
• Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
• Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents.
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

The Customer Service Executive assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices
• Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
• Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
• Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned

5.5 days work week
