Job summary

RYAN'S GROCERY (GWC) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support the production unit by receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders and providing administration support to ensure smooth sales order fulfilment.

You will coordinate orders among suppliers, forwarders and customers, prepare delivery orders and invoices, and track timeliness. With a Diploma and at least 2 years in food manufacturing or service, you must be proficient with basic computer tasks and able to work

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification required.
• 2 years relevant work experience preferred in food manufacturing/service.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Able to work independently and be self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers.
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices.
• Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment.
• Attend to customer enquiries, feedbacks and complaints.
• Perform admin tasks including data entry, updating and filing documents.
• Execute ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

The Customer Service Executive assists the production unit in receiving and processing day-to-day customer orders. He/She provides related administration support to ensure the smooth fulfilment of sales orders.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the complete process of sales order fulfilment among suppliers, forwarders and customers
• Prepare delivery orders and invoices
• Track and ensure timeliness of order fulfilment
• Attend to customer sales enquiries, feedbacks and complaints
• Perform administration tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, updating and filing of relevant documents
• Execute other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Workplace at Chin Bee, West side

5.5 days work week

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma qualification
• Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience in the food manufacturing/service industry
• Basic computer proficiency
• Ability to handle work independently and be self-motivated
