Job summary

• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents regarding lessons, schedules, teachers, payments, make-up lessons and general enquiries.
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly, professionally and accurately through phone, WhatsApp, email and other communication channels.
• Provide clear information on Ossia's programmes, lesson structures, policies, promotions and procedures.
• Assist customers with requests and ensure that enquiries are followed through to resolution.
• Maintain a warm, helpful and professional approach in all customer interactions.
• Conduct and assist on sales activities and events for the generation of more leads and student enrolments. This includes managing and working with staff needed for the events.
• Attend to customers' feedback and challenges in a professional manner and follow through effectively and efficiently to resolution within the team.
