Job summary

GradeCool Air-Condition Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Tampines, Singapore. The role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email; arranging servicing, repairs, and installations; and preparing quotations and invoices.

Training will be provided for the right candidate. You will coordinate between customers and technicians, manage general admin duties, and support daily office operations.

Qualifications

• Customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Job Requirements

Working Hours

Monday - Saturday: 8:30am - 5:30pm

• 1 week: 5 working days
• 1 week: 6 working days
• Sunday & Public Holidays: Off

Salary

$2,000 - $3,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience and incentive scheme.

Work Location: Tampines Area
