Job summary

FREIGHT MARK LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a logistics specialist to oversee airfreight operations, coordinate shipments, and ensure timely updates to customers and partners. You will work with vendors to maintain service levels and assist with RFQs, billing, and related admin tasks.

The role offers training and opportunities to contribute to performance improvements across the logistics network.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and smooth operation of airfreight shipments.
• Coordinate shipments to be timely
• Keep Customers/ Overseas Partners updated on shipment status
• Update shipments departure timely to customers
• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers
• Maintain service standards with all vendors
• Timely deliveries and manage Vendors' performance
• Assist to reply to RFQ/Rates Request
• Maintain good relations with customers and ensure good customer services
• Any other official duties by Senior management
