Job summary

FREIGHT MARK LOGISTICS (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Support Coordinator to assist the manager with the efficient handling and timely coordination of shipments, keeping Customers and Overseas Partners updated on status.

You will be involved in sending pre-alerts, updating uplift reports, billing accuracy, vendor service standards, and maintaining carrier networks to secure favorable rates for the company while supporting profitability reviews with management.

Responsibilities

• Support the manager to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments
• Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
• Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
• Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.
• Update shipments uplift report.
• Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
• Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
• Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
• Manage Airlines/Trucking/ Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.
• Response to RFQ/Rates Request.
• Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
• Develop Network Agents and attend to Networks agent enquiries.
• Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.
• Development of airfreight/oceanfreight/logistics businesses from existing customers/overseas partners assigned.
• Any other official duties assign by Senior management.
