Job summary

HLN Rubber Products PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to ensure customers receive outstanding support and that their needs are met. You will oversee day-to-day customer service operations and set standards and protocols to promote satisfaction.

Responsibilities include preparing quotations, processing orders, tracking delivery status, coordinating local and overseas shipments, supporting sales in project coordination, and ensuring SOPs are followed.

• To support sales personnel in new project coordination
• Supporting sales team in processing documentation for sales
• Ensure customer satisfactory are met
• Coordinating with internal department on job orders and requirement
• Follow standard operating procedures
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD

Job Objectives/Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Executive, he/she is required to ensure customers receive outstanding support and all their needs are met. He/she oversees the customer support department’s day-to-day functions as well as establishes standards and protocols to be used by the customer service team to promote customer satisfaction.
