Job summary

TAMARINDBeauty And Wellness Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking proactive individuals to join our spa team. You will handle appointment bookings, greet walk-in customers, and assist guests with inquiries via email and phone while delivering friendly service in a busy retail environment.

The role involves assisting the outlet manager with commission calculations, managing the POS system, processing payments and receipts, and performing ad-hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Minimum of 2-3 years experiences.
• Well-groomed and cheerful personality.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills and service orientated.
• Training will be provided.
• Able to work retail hours and on weekends.
