Job summary

FULLERTON HEALTHCARE GROUP PTE. LIMITED is seeking a Service Attendant to deliver warm, personalised patient service in our clinic locations (Ngee City or Novena). You will greet patients, guide them to waiting areas, and ensure a comfortable environment while supporting daily clinic operations.

The role emphasizes attentiveness, reliability, and a professional appearance to enhance the patient experience. Training will cover hospitality, patient handling, and housekeeping duties.

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, retail, or front-of-house environments will be an advantage.
• Candidates without experience but with a positive service attitude are welcome to apply.
• Pleasant, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Guide patients to their designated waiting areas or consultation rooms.
• Provide a personalised service experience by addressing patients by name whenever possible.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to patients' needs and requests.
• Escalate patient concerns to the Clinic Manager or Supervisors as appropriate.
• Ensure all patients feel comfortable, valued, and well attended to throughout their visit.
• Serve refreshments to patients and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure refreshments and service areas are stocked and maintained.
• Attend to patients' requests promptly and accurately to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, waiting lounges, countertops, and patient-facing spaces.
• Ensure service areas are clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Assist patients as they leave the clinic.
• Ensure patients have collected all personal belongings before departure.
• Provide a pleasant farewell and thank patients for their visit.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations as assigned.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Clinic Manager or Supervisor.

Working Arrangement: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday and Satuday 4 hours)

Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

Patient Service & Hospitality
