Job summary

Fullerton Healthcare Group Pte Ltd is seeking a Service Attendant to deliver warm, personalised patient experiences at our clinic locations in Singapore. You will greet patients, guide them to waiting areas, and ensure smooth execution of daily front‑of‑house operations.

The role involves serving refreshments, maintaining a clean clinic environment, and supporting departures with a friendly farewell. Previous hospitality or customer service experience is advantageous, and a positive service

Qualifications

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• Prior experience in hospitality, customer service, healthcare, retail, or front‑of‑house environments will be an advantage.
• Candidates without experience but with a positive service attitude are welcome to apply.
• Pleasant, friendly, and service-oriented personality.
• Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail.
• Good grooming and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner.
• Guide patients to their designated waiting areas or consultation rooms.
• Provide a personalised service experience by addressing patients by name.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to patients' needs and requests.
• Escalate patient concerns or feedback to the Clinic Manager or Supervisors as appropriate.
• Ensure all patients feel comfortable, valued, and well attended to throughout their visit.
• Serve refreshments to patients and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure refreshments and service areas are stocked and maintained.
• Attend to patients' requests promptly and accurately to enhance their overall experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, waiting lounges, countertops, and patient-facing spaces.
• Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.
• Assist patients as they leave the clinic and ensure they have collected personal belongings.
• Provide a pleasant farewell and thank patients for their visit.
• Support day-to-day clinic operations as assigned.

Working Location: Ngee City or Novena

Working Arrangement: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday and Satuday 4 hours)

Position Summary

The Service Attendant plays a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience by providing warm, personalised, and attentive service within the clinic. The incumbent will be responsible for welcoming patients, attending to their needs, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment, and supporting smooth clinic operations.

Key Responsibilities

Patient Service & Hospitality

Refreshment & Lounge Services

• Serve refreshments to patients and visitors in a timely and courteous manner.
• Ensure refreshments and service areas are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Attend to patients' requests promptly and accurately to enhance their overall experience.

Clinic Environment & Housekeeping

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, waiting lounges, countertops, and patient-facing spaces.
• Ensure service areas are kept clean, sanitary, and presentable at all times.
• Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs to the supervisor.

Patient Departure Support

• Assist patients as they leave the clinic.
• Ensure patients have collected all personal belongings before departure.
• Provide a pleasant farewell and thank patients for their visit.

General Duties

• Support day-to-day clinic operations as assigned.
• Carry out any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Clinic Manager or Supervisor.
