Job summary

Wine Clique Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to provide prompt and efficient support for orders and inquiries to assist the sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities include frontline calls, order entry, arranging next-day delivery, supporting sales staff, filing/archiving documents, and cellar stock management. Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central is an added advantage; strong computer skills and a team mindset are required.

Job description

This position will be responsible for providing a prompt and efficient customer service on handling orders and enquiries to support the sales and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontline customer service over telephone, undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondences
• Administering order fulfilment process including sales order entry, arranging and preparing next day delivery
• Provide support to salesperson
• Filing and archiving of document
• Cellar management, including but not limited to receipt and preparation of stocks
