Job summary

Queen Beauty is seeking a Front Desk Customer Service representative in Singapore to warmly welcome customers and visitors at the front desk and provide excellent service across outlets. The role involves handling inquiries, registrations, scheduling, and coordinating with customers for follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp and WeChat, while supporting daily administrative tasks in the outlet.

Salary ranges from 1,800 to 2,600 SGD depending on experience, with incentives and a stable customer base

Salary: S$1,800 – S$2,600+ (depending on experience)
