Job summary

Griffin HR Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Front Desk Executive to cover three outlets in Serangoon Garden, East Coast and Great World with rotating shifts. You will handle payments, greet customers, and manage appointments, walk-ins, and online bookings.

Proficiency with booking platforms and POS systems is essential. Weekend and public holiday work is required as part of the role. At this location, the role offers a 5.5 day work week and an up-to-S$2,500 salary.

Salary: Up to $2,500

Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM (5.5 Working Days)

Location: Serangoon Garden / East Coast / Great World (Rotation across 3 outlets, 2 days each)

Key Duties:

• Handle front desk operations, including payment processing, receipt issuance and preparation of daily sales reports.
• Greet customers and manage appointments, walk-ins, enquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp messages and online bookings.

Key Requirements :

• Proficient in booking platforms & POS systems to manage appointments and transactions.
• Comfortable working on weekends & Public Holidays.
