Private Advertiser is hiring a customer-service oriented receptionist for a permanent position in our beauty outlet. The role involves booking and confirming appointments via call, message, and email, welcoming customers, and providing information on treatment services.

You will also handle transactions, keep the reception area orderly, and assist with ad hoc duties. Retail hours include weekends, with opportunities for career growth and comprehensive training.

• Position: Permanent
• Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)
• Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments vial call /message and email.
• Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and receive customers with greetings upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services
• Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties
