Job summary

WATERCOLOUR @ FORT CANNING PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a customer-oriented frontline staff for the salon at 9 Penang Road, UBS building, near Dhoby Ghaut MRT. You will handle appointment bookings, greet walk-ins, respond to inquiries via email, phone and WhatsApp, and manage the outlet POS for sales.

Candidates must be able to work weekends and adapt to a multicultural environment. Fluency in English and Chinese is required; Korean is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with customers in English and Chinese.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
• Singaporeans & Singapore PRs only.
• Able to work weekends, shifts and public holidays.
• Well-groomed, cheerful, proactive and self-motivated.
• Able to adapt in a multicultural working environment.
