Qualifications

• SPM diploma is required.
• Experience in front desk, beauty consultant or sales.
• Outgoing and patient with customers.
• Resident of Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers daily and answer front desk calls; record customer information.
• Verify and update customer profiles promptly.
• Manage product stock, display shelves and merchandising.
• Contact customers and schedule reminders for remaining packages.
• Capture photos for promotional content on Xiaohongshu.
