Job summary

Ethoz Protect in Singapore is seeking a dedicated call center professional to handle inbound enquiries and provide administrative support. The role requires willingness to work on a 12-hour day shift and to take on additional duties as assigned.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service environment and possess Secondary School/O Level or equivalent qualifications. 14 days of annual leave is provided.
