Job summary

DHL SUPPLY CHAIN SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a contact centre role on a 1 year contract at 1 Greenwich Dr, Singapore.

You will be the first point of contact, understanding both internal and external customers and prioritising high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities include explaining solutions, taking remedial action where needed, and providing pro-active feedback to ensure ETA commitments are met, while flagging recurring service issues to supervisors.

Qualifications

• At least two (2) years of relevant experience in handling contact centre cases.
• O level / higher NITEC
• Comfortable taking calls in English and one other language.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for the customers.
• Understand both internal and external customers, anticipate needs and prioritise customer satisfaction.
• Provide satisfactory explanations to customers and take remedial action where necessary.
• Provide pro-active feedback to ensure the committed ETA is respected.
• Alert superior of recurring service failures to enable corrective actions.

Work Location : 1 Greenwich Dr

Working Hours : Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 6:15PM or 8:00AM -5:45PM
