Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of call center or customer service experience, and possess GCE N Level / NiTEC or equivalent qualifications. Training and growth opportunities are available within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call center or customer service environment.
• GCE 'N' Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls regarding general enquiries.
• Provide administrative support with computer literature.
• Willing to work on 12 hours shift (Day Shift: 8.30am to 8.30pm).
• Any other duties as assigned.
