Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable Sales Support professional to handle customer order enquiries via calls and emails, prepare quotations and confirm orders.

You will coordinate order processing, delivery scheduling, and transport/warehouse logistics, working with cross-functional teams to fulfill orders promptly and improve customer experience. 1–3 years of sales support or order processing experience is preferred; the role may start on short notice.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of sales support or order processing experience.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' sales order enquiries via calls and emails
• Prepare sales quotations and confirm sales orders with clients
• Perform sales order processing, coordinate delivery and ensure on-time delivery
• Work closely with cross-functional team in fulfilling customers order promptly
• Arrangement and coordination of transport, warehouse and delivery process
• Contribute to the development of sales and customer service strategies
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the customer experience
• Ad hoc duties as assigned
