Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Customer Service & Admin Officer in Singapore at the Paya Lebar location.

The role focuses on managing retail and corporate car rentals, activating replacement cars for insured customers, and ensuring smooth rental processing. You will communicate clearly with customers, handle payments, and coordinate with operations to optimize fleet use. Required is strong MS Office proficiency and a valid Class 3/3A driving license is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office to support administrative and reporting tasks.
• With valid Class 3/3A driving license to support vehicle handling and replacement car activation (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Secure retail and corporate rentals.
• Activating replacement cars for insured customers and following up on return due dates.
• Provide timely, consistent and accurate information to external customers.
• Ensure accurate processing of rental workflow through Fleetmatics.
• Furnish accurate driver particulars to authorities for summons.
• Prepare quotations, tenders, process monthly renewals, collect payments for corporate accounts.
• Handle PRAC technical/breakdown issues and escalate to operations/manager.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and securely.
• Work with operations to maximize fleet utilization.
• Ensure tidiness and cleanliness of the reception area for walk-in customers.
• Seek immediate assistance or escalate to the manager as appropriate.
