Job summary

SMART PROPERTY MANAGEMENT (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a customer-focused individual to join our condominium management team as a front-line coordinator.

You will handle resident, tenant, and visitor enquiries, process feedback and service requests, and support reporting and communications. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, recording deliveries, assisting in AGM preparations, and ensuring compliance with by-laws.

Qualifications

  • GCE 'N'/O' Level, NITEC, or Diploma required.
  • 1 year of customer service or property management experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays based on operational requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Attend to residents', tenants', and visitors' enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Handle feedback, complaints, and service requests, and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Manage the reception counter and answer calls and emails.
  • Assist residents with booking of condominium facilities and related administrative matters.
  • Receive and record deliveries, parcels, and documents where applicable.
  • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and relevant parties on maintenance and operational matters.
  • Conduct routine inspections of the common property and report defects or maintenance issues.
  • Follow up on work orders and ensure rectification works are completed satisfactorily.
  • Maintain proper records, correspondence, and filing of documents.
  • Support the Condominium Manager in the preparation of reports, notices, and estate communications.
  • Assist in organising Council meetings, AGMs, and resident engagement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with condominium by-laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Condominium Manager or Management.

Requirements

  • Fresh graduates or candidates with relevant customer service experience are welcome to apply.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to work on a rotating shift, weekends, and public holidays based on operational requirements.
