Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED, a trusted enrichment brand in Singapore, invites applications for a Customer Service Officer. You will be the first contact for walk-in and phone enquiries from parents and students, assisting with enrolments, class schedules and related administrative tasks.

You will maintain student records, handle payments and receipts, and support teachers and centre operations to ensure a smooth learning environment across island-wide locations and 4 weekdays plus one weekend

Qualifications

• Min GCE 'N' Levels.
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to liaise with parents/teachers.
• Candidates from retail/hospitality/F&B industry welcome to apply.
• Team player, independently working and able to prioritize tasks at hand.

Job Scope
