Job summary

You will collaborate with production, engineering, project teams, and CQE to ensure defect prevention and continuous improvement.

The role involves root cause analysis, MRB coordination, and coordinating supplier changes, RMA investigations, and part replacements as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA for high-tech manufacturing.
• Familiar with deviation forms and change control.
• Experience leading MRB sessions with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to review validation and change processes.

Responsibilities

• Review/maintain QA checklist.
• Prepare deviation forms and supplier change requests.
• Review production processes and implement changes.
• Review/initiate change notices.
• Update PCP documentation.
• Investigate customer complaints and internal defects; drive MRB decisions.
• Lead MRB sessions with cross-functional teams.
