Job summary

Rolls-Royce Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Aftermarket Operations Customer Quality Engineer in Seletar to lead Quality and Health, Safety and Environment within the regional Customer Operations Team.

You will ensure conformity to internal processes and external regulations while coaching the customer operations team on Quality processes, investigations, customer feedback and regulatory guidance. You will oversee governance of product integrity, triage issues, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Experience with quality processes and investigations in aerospace or regulated industries
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies and their requirements (e.g., EASA Part 145 favourable)
• Experience coaching investigators and leading quality improvements

Responsibilities

• Provide governance to ensure product integrity aligns with regulatory and Quality requirements
• Manage region-specific KPIs and audit performance to drive customer experience
• Triage and allocate issues to correct business areas for investigation
• Train and mentor investigators to improve quality investigations
• Promote a Zero Defect and Zero Harm culture within the team
