Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a capable Order Management Specialist to handle customer orders from entry to delivery. Working hours Mon-Thu 8.00am-5.00pm, Fri 8.00am-3.30pm.

You will coordinate with Sales, Planning, Transport and Distribution teams, provide timely order updates, resolve delivery issues, and maintain accurate order information in systems. Candidates with a Diploma/ Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or Business and experience in order processing or customer

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Experience in order processing / order management / customer service / logistics.
• SAP SD or CRM experience is advantageous.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
