Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Order Processor in Singapore. You will handle material orders from sales or direct customers, prepare quotations, and route sheets to suppliers.

Experience with Oracle ERP and MS Office is preferred. Responsibilities include logging orders in Oracle and performing other duties as assigned. The role requires a reliable team player who can work independently and is willing to participate in monthly rotating standby on weekends and public

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Familiar with Oracle system and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous, organized, and a resourceful team player.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision; available for monthly rotating standby schedule on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Process order for materials from sales staff or direct customers' contacts
• Provide price quotations and complete order sheets based on the item list
• Distribute order sheets to respective suppliers
• Log order information into the ERP system (Oracle)
• Other duties as assigned
