Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage work order arrangements between Sales and Service teams.
• Handle transportation scheduling and logistics for truck movements.
• Process spare parts through SAP and maintain records.
• Monitor CRM tasks to ensure timely spare parts delivery.
• Arrange SIC registrations and renewals for technicians for site access.
• Coordinate with external suppliers for batteries, attachments, and equipment.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve operations issues and maintain service.
• Maintain documentation related to work orders, parts issuance, and transport.
