Job summary

MARQUESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Customer Service Officer for a 6-month contract at East Area–Changi Business Park. You will be the first point of contact for customers handling general and transactional inquiries and supporting digital banking adoption.

The role suits problem-solvers in a fast-paced environment who value service quality. Working hours are 8:30am–8:30pm, five days a week with rotating shifts; weekends and public holidays included.

Qualifications

• Prior customer service experience is preferred but entry-level is welcome.
• Positive attitude, patient, and resilient when handling customer queries or complaints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional matters.
• Communicate with customers through various channels (phone, email, chat, etc.).
• Acknowledge and resolve customer requests in a timely manner.
• Conduct customer outreach to encourage the adoption of digital banking services.
• Consistently deliver high-quality service to achieve total customer satisfaction, without compromising risk standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer queries and requests.
• Multi-task effectively while speaking with customers and navigating multiple system application screens simultaneously.
• Consistently meet KPIs without compromising quality of service.
• Adhere to professional standards of behaviour and conduct with customers and colleagues.
