Job summary

PERSOL OUTSOURCING SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a cashier with strong customer service and teamwork skills to support daily operations at our Singapore location. The role emphasizes accurate cash handling, prompt issue resolution, and a proactive attitude in a fast-paced environment.

We offer rotating 4-day shifts (4 days on, 2 days off) with company transport and attractive allowances + incentives. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and contribute to seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• Prior cashiering and customer service experience is advantageous.
• Cheerful, proactive and a strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations to ensure tasks and workflows run smoothly.
• Handle enquiries and assist in resolving issues promptly and effectively.
• Respond to operational needs and prevent service disruptions.
• Reconcile daily cash collections with system reports at the end of each shift.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned.
