CPO Pte Ltd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to be the frontline ambassador, managing inquiries and resolving issues to ensure a positive end-to-end experience.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing and Operations, maintain CRM records, and stay updated on product offerings and policies to provide accurate information. Fresh graduates are welcome, with a focus on service excellence in a growth-focused startup.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary contact for customers and handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and promptly.
• Provide effective solutions to customer concerns or elevate complex matters to relevant departments.
• Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
• Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements.
