Job summary

Success Resource Centre Pte Ltd is seeking a customer service professional to join our South-area team. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and live chat, log interactions in CRM, and assist in processing local and export spare part orders. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Mon to Fri, 8.45am – 5.30pm, with shuttle service from Queenstown. Permanent position in Singapore with a salary of SGD 2,800–3,500, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a call centre, banking or customer service environment is advantageous.
• Positive mindset with a CAN-DO attitude and strong communication.
• Excellent phone etiquette, comprehension, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer queries via phone, email, social media, and live chat.
• Follow up with internal parties for timely resolutions.
• Escalate trends and issues to prevent recurrence and drive corrective action.
• Log all customer interactions accurately in the CRM.
• Assist in processing and invoicing local and export spare part orders.
• Prepare and generate weekly/monthly customer service reports.
• Manage spare parts inventory and perform other duties.
