Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field is acceptable.
• Preferable 2 years of working experience, fresh graduates encouraged.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask.
• Excellent verbal and written English with good listening and empathy.
• Proficient with computers and able to use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, researching any existing issue to provide strategic solutions.
• Ensure first contact resolution and effective follow-up with service partners and internal departments.
• Provide constructive feedback on tools, resources, procedures and guidelines to enhance workflow.
• Deliver the best services to customers to ensure the highest customer satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
• Carry out other duties to support the Quality Management System.
