Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N-Level, O-Level, A-Level, Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly, approachable and service-oriented.
• Comfortable interacting with customers.
• Able to work independently as well as within a team.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, hospitality or sales would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Provide accurate information on products, promotions and services.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide appropriate assistance.
• Process purchases, payments and other retail transactions.
• Maintain product displays and ensure merchandise is properly arranged.
• Assist with stock replenishment and basic inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and overall presentation of the retail area.
• Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns.
• Build positive relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
• Work closely with team members to achieve sales and service targets.
• Perform other retail-related duties as assigned.
