Job summary

InternSG is seeking a customer-centric specialist based in Singapore to support multi-channel inquiries about health tech products. You will greet customers in showrooms, demonstrate CGMS and monitors, and guide users through app pairing and device calibration.

You will document feedback in CRM, escalate issues to QA, and coordinate logistics for deliveries and medical rentals, ensuring smooth service experiences for elderly users and caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Managing inquiries across WhatsApp, phone, live chat and email about product features, orders and returns.
• Welcoming walk-in customers and demonstrating CGMS, oxygen concentrators, ECG monitors and BP monitors.
• Assisting non-technical users with app pairing, device calibration and basic navigation.
• Documenting feedback, warranty claims and returns in the CRM and escalating complex issues to QA.
• Coordinating with logistics on deliveries and medical rental drop-offs.
