Job summary

BUZUD in Singapore seeks a customer support specialist to manage omnichannel inquiries and showroom demonstrations for smart home-health devices. You will assist customers with app pairing, device calibration, and basic software navigation, ensuring smooth experiences.

Responsibilities include logging feedback in the CRM, escalating complex issues to QA, and coordinating deliveries with logistics for medical equipment. Walk-in and remote support are both part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience assisting customers across multiple channels (WhatsApp, phone, email, live chat).
• Ability to guide users through app pairing and basic device calibration.
• Experience logging customer feedback and requests in a CRM system.
• Willingness to coordinate deliveries and returns with logistics teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle omnichannel inquiries about product features, orders, warranties, and returns.
• Welcome customers in BUZUD showrooms and provide product demonstrations.
• Provide technical guidance and assist non-technical users with apps and devices.
• Log issues, warranty claims, and returns in the CRM; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with logistics for deliveries and medical rental drop-offs.
