Job summary

Synapxe in Singapore invites you to join as an intern and contribute to powering a healthier Singapore through healthtech innovation. In this role, you will support NGEMR integration with QMS and Self-Service Stations (SSS), participate in requirements gathering, document workflows and integration points, and assist in testing (SIT/UAT).

You will coordinate deployment with technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability, and you will travel to Public Healthcare

Qualifications

• Undergraduate in Year 2 or 3 pursuing a degree in Business AI Systems, Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Information Engineering & Media, or related discipline.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and testing processes including UAT, SIT and regression testing.
• Keen interest in IT Project Management.
• Basic knowledge of system architecture, cloud computing, network and IT security.
• Possess strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptable, proactive and a strong team player.
• Exhibit leadership qualities with good verbal and written communications.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• Passionate about re-imagining the future of HealthTech.

Responsibilities

• Support the integration of QMS and Self-Service Stations (SSS) with NGEMR.
• Participate in requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders, users, and vendors.
• Assist in documenting business and system requirements, workflows, and integration points.
• Support system testing activities (e.g., SIT/UAT), including defect logging and tracking.
• Work with technical teams and vendors to ensure smooth data flow and system interoperability.
• Assist in coordination of deployment and implementation activities.
• Support go-live and post go-live activities to ensure system stability.
