Job summary

BUZUD showroom in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to be the frontline touchpoint for our medical technology solutions. You will assist seniors and caregivers with device setups, manage inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email and walk-ins, and support showroom operations.

You will explain health devices (CGMS, oxygen concentrators, blood pressure monitors), guide app pairing, handle after-sales tasks, maintain CRM records, coordinate equipment rentals and deliveries with

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in business, hospitality, healthcare management, or related fields.
• 1–3 years in frontline retail customer service or hospitality.
• Healthcare, medical devices, or consumer electronics experience preferred.
• Comfortable explaining health hardware and mobile app features to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Omnichannel customer support and inquiry management across phone, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
• Explain medical devices (CGMS, oxygen concentrators, BP monitors) and guide app pairing/ calibration.
• After-sales support including orders, returns, exchanges, and warranty registrations.
• CRM maintenance and coordination with internal teams for complex cases.
