Job summary

CTS Offshore and Marine (Asia) PTE. LTD. is seeking a client-focused professional to manage relationships with clients, vessel operators, and key stakeholders across marine and offshore projects.

You will apply marine engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements, coordinate with internal teams, support procurement, logistics, inventory, and service delivery, and promote relevant products and services while ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marine Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of marine systems, vessel operations, maintenance planning, and troubleshooting.
• Experience in supply chain management, logistics coordination, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vessel operators, and stakeholders.
• Conduct client visits, meetings, and presentations to understand requirements and provide solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for marine offshore operations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Support supply chain activities including procurement, logistics, inventory, and delivery scheduling.
• Assist customers with operational and technical queries and resolve them promptly.
• Monitor customer feedback and identify improvements to service delivery.
• Prepare technical reports, service updates, quotations, and correspondence.
• Support business development by identifying customer needs and promoting products and services.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.
