Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a driven commercial professional to lead revenue growth in line with our company strategy.

You will develop and optimize pricing, manage end-to-end proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and Technical teams to ensure compliant, practical agreements.

Strong cross-functional collaboration and accountability are essential to strengthen client relationships and improve account performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in commercial, contracts, pricing, or sales support, preferably in marine, offshore, shipyard, engineering, or MRO.
• Strong commercial, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial activities to drive business growth in line with company strategy.
• Develop and optimize pricing strategies to maintain competitiveness and maximize profitability.
• Manage end-to-end proposals and quotations, including requirements analysis, pricing, stakeholder coordination, and timely submission.
• Lead contract negotiation and management, ensuring favorable terms, risk mitigation, and compliance.
• Partner with Sales and Business Development teams to identify opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and improve account performance.
• Monitor revenue, margins, forecasts, and commercial KPIs, providing insights to management.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure commercial agreements are practical and compliant.
• Ensure adherence to internal governance, approval, and risk management processes.
