Responsibilities

• Answer and handle all customer queries and requests that come in by phone, email, or other channels
• Coordinate customer sample collection requests with the dispatch team, including monthly pickups
• Prepare health certificate, request form and cover letter or other documents for customers
• Liaise with internal and external parties ensuring clear communication of information and smooth process flow
• Maintain and update customer's contact details or any relevant documentation
• Assist with other administrative tasks
