Learning Point is seeking a part-time customer service and administrative assistant in Singapore. The role covers front-line customer interactions, enrolment support, and close collaboration with teachers and parents. You will handle enquiries, registrations, and data entry while promoting programme offerings.
Candidates should have a Diploma, strong English communication, and proficiency with Google Docs/Sheets and MS Office. Education sector experience is a plus; weekend shifts may apply.
Location: Oasis Terraces
Day: Once a week, every Sunday
Time: 8.30am-4.30pm Hours will be extended to 6.30pm if there is enrolment for the last class slot on Sunday.
Compensation: Paid hourly
Location: Must be comfortable to travel to different branches when required (Bukit Timah Plaza, Century Square, Oasis Terraces, Parkway Centre, Thomson Plaza)
Monday-Friday: shifts within centre opening hours (10am-10pm)
Saturday-Sunday: shifts within centre opening hours (8am-6pm)
Able to work shift hours and on weekends (4 weekdays and 1 weekend)
44 hours per week
OR
Wednesday to Sunday (OFF on Mondays and Tuesdays)
For weekdays: no late night shifts
Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes
Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs
Actively promote programmes to both prospective and existing customers
Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and customer-centric manner
Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders
Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner
Ensure administrative duties like registration and enrolment data are accurately captured in a meticulous and detailed manner
Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, including inquiries, feedback and complaints
Provide support and assistance to teachers and students whenever required
Uphold a strong communication platform between teachers and parents
Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned
Minimum qualifications: Diploma
Strong proficiency in spoken and written English
Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office
Good team player with ability to work with minimal supervision
Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous
