Job Purpose

You will handle customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring a high level of service accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and requests via phone or email.
  • Accurately record all interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow up on customer requests within agreed timelines.
  • Escalate issues requiring further attention to management for resolution.
  • Prepare and process service requests.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure service requests are delivered within agreed standards.
  • Participate in assigned projects or additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
  • ’A’ Level or Diploma holder, preferably with relevant experience in customer service or contact centre operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Pleasant, cheerful, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
