Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently while also contributing effectively in a team.
• Organised and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all touchpoints, with professionalism and care.
• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer journey and implement service improvements.
• Manage and resolve customer service requests, repair cases, enquiries, and feedback with efficiency and empathy.
• Provide suitable product recommendations to customers, with opportunities to earn performance-based incentives.
• Assist on departmental administrative matters and contribute to special projects or initiatives, supporting team goals and business growth.
