• Handle incoming calls, enquiries, client registration and record updates.
• Schedule and manage clients’ appointments.
• Handle cashiering, payments and medication/product dispensing.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock and assist with stock-taking.
• Prepare and manage purchase orders and delivery orders.
