REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a customer service representative to promptly respond to inquiries via email and phone, provide accurate information, and maintain customer records to ensure efficient issue resolution.

The role requires good verbal and written communication, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. You will support various departments, follow up on requests, and strive to deliver a positive customer experience.

Formación

• Minimum GCE 'N'/'O' Level, NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
• Prior customer service or call centre experience is an advantage.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Positive attitude with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email and phone calls.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues professionally.
• Follow up on customer requests and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when necessary.
