Job summary

5G-Starlink Pte. is seeking a customer-oriented Call Center Associate in Singapore to handle roadside recovery inquiries, EV charger issues, dispatch teams, and provide pricing information. You will log calls and coordinate between customers and field teams.

The role requires at least 1 year in a call center, good English, and strong communication and data-entry skills. Rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) and a 5-day work week are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "N" or "O" Levels or equivalent with pass in English.
• At least 1 years of experience in a Call Center environment.
• Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
• Basic IT knowledge and data entry skills.
• Able to work on rotating shift, (Morning, Afternoon and Night).
• 5 days work week on rotating off days.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls from customers pertaining to roadside recovery assistance & EV charger issues.
• Dispatch recovery teams to customer site in a timely manner.

• Provide technical support to customer on automotive related issues.
• Monitoring of workshop operations.
• Manage and resolve customer queries.
• Identify and elevate issues to supervisors.
• Route calls to appropriate resources.
• Complete call logs and reports.
• Other duties assigned by Superior and Managers.
