Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. seeks an aspiring F&B Management Trainee to support kitchen operations islandwide. You will prepare and cook menu items per recipes, maintain quality, and ensure safe use of equipment.

You will also uphold cleanliness and sanitary standards to meet health regulations. The role is a 6-day week (55 hours), includes weekend/public holiday shifts, and requires a degree. Candidates will gain hands-on experience in a busy hospitality setting with clear growth

Qualifications

• Degree holder
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with recipes
• Maintain highest quality and consistent product standards
• Ensure safe and proper use of equipment at all times
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in and around workstation and strictly abide with health / sanitation regulations
• Any other ad-hoc duties based on operational needs
