Responsibilities

• Prepare tailored proposals, quotations, and itineraries to win bookings.
• Manage reservations end-to-end with accuracy and timely updates in the OS.
• Actively upsell and cross-sell premium experiences to increase booking value.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, tour guides and industry partners.
• Ensure supplier and vendor performance meets SOPs, prioritising safety and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on cruise trends and new destinations to offer fresh options.
